Sampoorna Health Education and Research Society is a non - government charitable organization engaged in serving the society by addressing two key issues, namely Health Education and CSR - SD Programme. Imparting awareness on health related concerns through punctiliously designed and conducted workshops (residential and non residential) and skill development training is our forte. Healing Naturally

Hydro therapy: is a traditional method of treatment that have been used for the treatment of disease and injury by many cultures, including those of ancient Rome, China, and Japan. Water therapy has been around for centuries. The ancient Greeks took therapeutic baths. Water is an important ingredient in the traditional Chinese and Native American healing systems.

Diet Therapy: A variety of alternative diets are offered for treating cancer, cardiovascular disease, and food allergies. Virtually all these interventions focus on eating more fresh and freshly prepared vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and legumes. Allergy to food has become a major area of research. Food intolerance is being studied as a causal or contributing factor in rheumatoid arthritis, and there is evidence that food-elimination diets may help many hyperactive people.

Swedish massage is the most commonly offered and best known type of massage. It uses a firm but gentle pressue to improve the circulation, ease muscle aches and tension, improve flexibility and create relaxation. The therapist generally uses massage oil to facilitate making long, smooth strokes over the body. Swedish massage is done with the person covered by a sheet, a technique called "draping". Ashtanga yoga may be appropriate for those who have successfully rehabilitated from a back injury and are looking for a more strenuous practice, and people who are already athletic, such as runners and cyclists, who want to add flexibility, balance and concentration to their exercise routines.

Therapeutic yoga: branch of yoga which is focused on the reatment of people with mental and physical conditions. It acknowledges that yoga is a valuable healing art, and that some people are unable to attend conventional yoga classes due to physical limitations or a lack of awareness about yoga. Practitioners of therapeutic yoga bring the ancient tradition of yoga to environments like physical for trauma victims and hospitals.

Spa treatments: and therapies are perhaps the best way to heal the body and mind. Every spa in the country has its own special spa menu that lists a number of exotic spa therapies and treatments.
